The objective is to contribute with the sustainable development of society. Complex is compromised
to social responsibility of enterprises, with the citizenship and diversity of human beings.
Our mission is to add value to all the public that we relate with: employees, customers, suppliers
and with the community.
Complex exerts the social responsibility through internal campaigns or support to other
initiatives that contribute with the construction of citizenship.

| CITIZENSHIP |

A program developed and implanted in the company aiming at enlarge the understanding of all
collaborators regarding individual responsibilities related to Health and Wellness, integrated
to citizenship. We encourage the practice of social actions in the performance evaluation process.

| ENVIRONMENT |
Complex possess the commitment in the management of environmental responsibility and in the
diffusion of this culture to the collaborators, aiming at the welfare of the society in general
with the objective of long stated period of sustainable development.
Through activities of education, the purpose of the company is to explain some environmental
issues and to spread good ideas to diminish possible negative impacts in the nature and to
assure the quality of life for the future generations.

| PARTNERS |
We are partners to ONG INTEGRARE(Non-Profit Organization), an association of companies and
corporations interested in the diversity of human beings among its suppliers. Based on the
action of “promoting business-oriented opportunities in companies (associates) and enterprises
(EFIs, Supplying Companies of the Integration), with social benefits”. The proposal of Integrare
is to include all kinds of companies, integrating supplying companies whose proprietors are
black, aboriginal and disabled people, that are part of another reality and than, many times,
end up being more agile, flexible, creative and bringing innumerable competitive advantages,
due to these particularities.
Complex and this association with Integrare contributes with the sustainable development;
inclusion, integration and social development; creation and distribution of wealth and reduction
of the poverty; improving the economy of the country; giving power of purchase and enabling
potential consumers, through the generation and better distribution of income in the society.
