Our Intention
|
The adoption of the concept and the practice of WELNESS in Complex priorizes values, objectives
and results and aims at extending our consciousness to play the role of leaders in an
environment of constant changes. We want to contribute with our collaborators, directly and
indirectly, for the consolidation of this new conception of health, that has been understood
as WELL-BEING.
The WELL-BEING concept is based on the notion that choices we make throughout our history have
a very important impact in our longevity. Thus being, the choice for a healthy lifestyle
considers all the aspects of life, not only the medical one.
The good health is the result of physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual
WELL-BEING. We stimulate our collaborators to assume responsibilities, playing an active
role in all the environment and systems where we live: social, familiar and corporate.
Our orientation to WELL-BEING is based on the belief that our sustainability depends on the
ability of motivated, recognized, valued and compromised healthful people, regarding the
solutions for the customer.
