EXTENDED BUSINESS PROGRAM (EBP), created by SAP in partnership with COMPLEX, was developed to
attract small and medium companies that act in the area of Information technology (hardware
and/or software and/or services), aiming at offering the market, prospects, customers and
network SAP solutions for companies in growth, becoming an authorized SAP representative.
Focus solution in this program is: specific systems for companies in growth.
The integrated system of enterprise management - SAP Business All in One or SAP Fast Start,
intelligence- the business-oriented ones - SAP Business Object, dealing with relationship with
customers - SAP CRM, fiscal solutions, sped and electronic proof of purchase.
The services of this program are: the commercialization of the infrastructure, the licenses of
use, the implantation and remote support to the end users (help desk) after go live,
improvements (project desk) and infrastructure ( infra desk), as well as management of
changes (change management).
There are requisites to become an EBM. SAP and COMPLEX offer qualification training to make
them able to identify, to characterize, to sale and to deliver the solutions and services.
While the EBM does not work on its on, SAP and COMPLEX give the total support in all commercial
and technical actions.
